Assistant Professor in CSE (FCI)
Job Duties:
    • Overall role and other duties remain the same as explained to you at the time of the interviews and as per the job profile.
    • To contribute to the design and development of the overall curricula and develop and deliver a range of programmes of study (sometimes for entirely new courses) at various levels.
    • To contribute to the quality assurance framework within the Institute’s overall framework, including the validation and revalidation of courses, and student admission and assessment.
    • To transfer knowledge including practical skills, methods, and techniques.
    • To encourage the development of innovative approaches to course design and delivery and ensure that teaching design and delivery comply with the quality and educational standards and regulations of the department.
    • To challenge thinking, foster debate and develop the ability of students to engage in critical discourse and rational thinking.
    • To supervise student projects, field trips and, where appropriate, placements.
    • To set, mark and assess work and examinations and provide feedback to students.
    • To ensure that the teaching content and methods of delivery are in accordance with equal opportunities and respond to issues relating to staff and student needs.

    • To lead and co-ordinate research activity in the subject including determining relevant research objectives and preparing research proposals.
    • To lead research and collaborative partnerships with other educational institutions or other bodies.

    • To write or contribute to publications or disseminate research findings using other appropriate media.
    • To seek practical application of research findings.
    • To make presentations at national and international conferences and similar events.

Executive Assistant to the President
Location: SPSU, Udaipur (Batewar)
Key Responsibilities:
    • Manage the President’s calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate
      appointments.
    • Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations for internal and
      external meetings.
    • Handle correspondence, including drafting emails and letters on behalf of the
      President.
    • Conduct data analysis to support strategic initiatives and decision-making.
    • Create and maintain dashboards to track key performance indicators and
      institutional metrics.
    • Prepare analytical reports and presentations for board meetings and other
      stakeholder engagements.
    • Assist in the planning and execution of special projects and initiatives.
    • Collaborate with various faculties to gather information and facilitate
      communication.
    • Monitor project timelines and deliverables to ensure alignment with university
      goals.
    • Serve as a liaison between the President and university faculty, staff, students,
      and external partners.

Key Responsibilities Area (KRA)
  • Provide day-to-day administrative assistance to the Dean and Deputy Dean, including
    scheduling meetings, maintaining calendars, preparing documents, handling ERP tasks, and
    managing correspondence.
  • Address student inquiries related to course schedules, academic resources, and program
    requirements.
  • Assist in managing logistics and drafting invitation letters related to events.
  • Maintain accurate records of program data, including student enrolment, grades and
    attendance. Assist in preparing reports and data analysis for accreditation and internal review
    purposes.
  • Support effective communication between faculty, students, and external stakeholders with
    the Dean’s approval.
  • Assist faculty members in the cancellation and rescheduling of their classes on ERP.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Dean and Deputy Dean to ensure the overall
    success and smooth operation of the academic program.

  • Serves as the primary liaison between the university, its students and
    alumni, and potential employers on a state, regional, national, and

  • Responsible for fiscal planning and management for career services,
    including all operations and staffing matters.
  • Serves as adviser and interfaces with representatives of industrial,
    governmental, and educational employers to assist in the most effective use
    of career services' efforts. Also supports the marketing of other university
    college and departmental efforts.
  • Develops new contacts with external organizations for the purpose of
    expanding employment opportunities for students and alumni.
  • Reviews and supervises the on-campus recruitment and interviewing
    processes as well as resume referral and job-listing services for current
    students as well as alumni. Coordinates and supervises staff professional
    development activities and training, to include travel for professional
    development workshops, seminars, and conferences.
  • Closely coordinates communication with Deans, Department Heads, and
    other faculty to ensure that the career services department is meeting the
    needs and desires of the academic schools and departments, within the
    limitations imposed by the size of the staff and financial support provided
    by the university.
  • Constantly monitors, analyzes, and evaluates current scope of services
    offered through career services and plans, implements, and directs new
    programs under the supervision of the dean of student development and
    services and in coordination with other directors of student services and
    student activities efforts.
  • Provides career advising expertise to students and alumni regarding the job-
    search process, interviewing, resume, and letter writing, and all other
    facets of career planning. Conducts workshops, seminars, and other
    presentations to student, faculty, employer, and alumni groups.

    and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare game plans, strategies, and tactics based on analysis of opponents
    and team performance.
  • Lead and manage the team during competitions, ensuring adherence to
    game plans and sportsmanship standards.

    regulations and policies.
